The Department of Physics and Astronomy, Aarhus University, invites applications for two 7-months research assistant positions offering applicants an exciting opportunity to join a new research project on theoretical quantum nonlinear optics.
The position is available from February 20, 2019 or as soon as possible hereafter.
Your profile
- Applicants should hold a Masters degree in physics.
- The candidate must have documented experience in theoretical AMO physics.
- The successful candidate has a strong research background in the theoretical description of nonlinear optical processes at the few-photon level. Relevant systems include optical media involving Rydberg atoms or Rydberg excitons.
- Language skills: English.
